Phase 3 of Labshock is complete.

Every service now runs under one design, and guides, labs and quests live in the same place instead of three separate ones.

For a long time Labshock grew piece by piece.

Guides in one place.

Labs in another.

Quests somewhere else.

You had to connect everything yourself.

Now the system does it for you.

Every Zone Is One Page

Each zone now has a single page, and everything inside it is linked.

Everything stays connected.

This matters more in OT than it sounds.

Reading how IEC 104 carries a command and operating one in a lab are two halves of the same lesson.

If you have to remember which lab matches which guide, the link between theory and process behavior breaks.

That link is the thing the platform exists to teach.

Phase 4 Is Scale

Unifying was not about tidiness.

A platform with one shape can be extended without being rebuilt each time.

A platform in parts has to be extended in every part separately, and every new integration multiplies the work.

So Phase 3 was the precondition.

Phase 4 is scale.

• free Zeek and Suricata are next
• every zone will include detection and validation

Detection tooling only means something when you can point it at a process you are allowed to test against.

Running Wazuh over a real PLC and SCADA chain tells you whether a rule fires on the activity that matters.

Running it over generic log noise does not.

The Order That Matters

You learn.

Then you practice.

Then you test.

Then you prove.

All in one place.

OT security must be testable.
