Recreate the environment

Build the topology your estate actually has — IT, DMZ and OT segments, the controllers you run, the protocols they speak. Not a generic lab: the architecture you are about to change.

Apply the change

The firewall rule, the segmentation boundary, the new detection logic, the vendor integration, the PLC logic revision. Whatever is queued for the next change window.

Run real process behaviour

Operate the plant. Genuine Modbus, S7comm, DNP3 and IEC 104 on the wire from controllers executing real logic — not a replayed capture.

Observe both sides

What happened to the process, and what your monitoring saw. Those are different questions, and the gap between them is where OT security usually fails.

Decide

Approve, adjust or reject — on the basis of what the system did rather than what the design said it would do.

Runs on your hardware

A dedicated on-premise installation. No shared infrastructure, no Labshock-hosted component your environments depend on.

Nothing leaves your network

Process data, captures, telemetry and user activity stay on your side. There is no Labshock-side copy of what your team did.

Works with no internet

Once installed, environments operate with no outbound connection. License tokens are signed and validate offline.

Your own tooling, connected

Surge Router mirrors industrial traffic to any external IDS or appliance. Tidal Collector streams OT events into any SIEM.

Available organization licenses

The platform and the deployment are the same under all three. What changes is who you may give access to, and whether the use is commercial.

Teaching enrolled students, with no commercial use. Enterprise limits access to employees and contractors, and a student is neither.

Public sector and military, on terms procurement can sign — fixed term, purchase order, no auto-renewal, and terms that cannot change after you sign.
