Labshock Releases Tidal Collector: Industrial Telemetry Into One Pipeline
Structured log ingestion and telemetry collection for industrial control systems, normalising SCADA and PLC events into a single pipeline for security monitoring.

March 11, 2025 — Labshock has released Tidal Collector, adding structured log ingestion and telemetry collection for industrial control systems.
OT data from SCADA and PLC environments can now be captured, normalised and forwarded into security monitoring and SIEM pipelines. Industrial events — PLC execution changes, process state updates and operator interactions — are centralised into a single logging pipeline for the first time on the platform.
A built-in web interface handles log routing and forwarding configuration without external tooling. OpenPLC and SCADA-level events are collected, including operator actions and control modifications.
Centralising those events matters because industrial incidents are rarely visible in one place. An operator action, a logic change and a process deviation are three records that only mean something when they can be read against each other.
Tidal Collector arrived in v1.4 and still carries OT events into every SIEM the platform integrates with.
