Labshock Reaches the BSides Stage for the First Time, in São Paulo
Wagner Rodrigues built a full industrial plant inside the platform for a talk on simulating chaos in industrial environments, and attendees were running their own OT tests in it the following day.
May 21, 2025 — Labshock appeared at a BSides conference for the first time at BSides São Paulo 2025, carried onto the stage by the community rather than by a vendor stand.
Wagner Rodrigues led the session Simulating Chaos in Industrial Environments, using Labshock to demonstrate OT and ICS scenarios. The talk built out a full industrial plant inside the platform and showed how it is used to simulate attacks and test defences against them.
Lucas Mobile reported that the session landed well with the room, and that the platform made OT simulation more accessible and easier to follow for much of the audience.
The clearest signal came the next day. Rafael de Oliveira Ferreira used Labshock to run OT security tests and work through new attack paths, putting the platform to a question of their own rather than following a demonstration.
